So, I haven't been on here in so long. I have so much going on in my life that my new lifestyle (being sleeved) has been put on the back burner. Well, let's get this update and blog started :-) First off, hey everyone! I've been a very busy individual.

My totals: I have lost 69 lbs since my surgery on 2/17/12! I'm happy but wish it could be more. I had to have another surgery--gallbladder was removed on 7/17/12 and that has slowed me down a lot---at least for the last 2 months because i struggled with my gallbladder issues and my recovery was very painful.

So, I really neglected you guys! Hoped you missed me! LOL! I had my surgery and things have not been going so well. I had VSG on 2/17/2012, and everything went well, had my share of pressure in my chest but that lasted all of 2-3 days because I walked my butt off in the hospital and the days after being released. Now, I've lost a total of 40 lbs and I'm almost 3 mos post-op. I'm learning to love what I lost and not be so caught up that it's SLOW loss!

I'm getting typing happy with this, but I decided to exercise 2 weeks before my actual 2 week pre-op diet....Umm, I went to the gym today, and I feel great! I just watched so many youtube videos on others success, I wanted to go ahead and start my own journey! LOL!

Well, not at least for another month. My date is 2/17/12. I'm really excited abou this and I am getting some anxiety about this too. I know deep in my heart this is a great decision for my health. I don't have to start my 2 week diet until Feb. 3, with these nasty supplements and meal replacements from the robard corporation. (I sampled already). These are going to be the worst 2 weeks of my life! Well, maybe I'll lose a lot prior to surgery! Let's hope so!
