Glad to hear your all well. I was fortunate I live on the north shore. I have 2 brothers that are in Lindenhurst who were not as fortunate. I made lots of food and delivered it to other families in my community that were and still are without lights. It's crazy out there.Now we have to contend with this storm I have no idea how we are suppose to leave the house today. It's nearly 5 am and it's still snowing here they said it would stop by 2 am. My kids finally went back to school yesterday only to be dismissed early due to losing electric again. Hope you made it through this storm.

Thanks for asking, the hurricane took out my power for 8 days, otherwise I did ok, family safe. I actually volunteered at a FEMA center in Long Beach this week. So many people lost their homes

HOLY SH**!!!! You wanna talk about constipated!!! Let me tell ya, I could have coined the phrase---sh** bricks!!! (actually rocks) SERIOUS---A friend of mine who is a real granola girl also is into these magnets that are to help your "electric flow" --- that being said she showed me a 2 potatoes that she was growing, one in tap water and one in this "magnetic wonder water"---I was like---WOW---I will take a wonder water bottle!!!! No---give me 2 of them---WELLLLLLLL ---OH MY GOSH---those little terds that FINALLY came out honestly were like ROCKS!!!! ROCKS I SAY!!!! When one little one plunked into the toilet IT SPLASHED!!!!!! NO KIDDING---got my butt wet!!! But I was so happy because it cooled my poor hot bottom off AND allowed me to take a breath from pushing so hard!!! Needless to say I wanted to shove my wonder water bottle up my granola friends BUTT!!! Now I am having a terrible time TRYING to get regular again----word of caution----DON'T DRINK THE MAGNETIC WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Blessings - Connie OH- for the very visual---I know how a rabbit must feel EVERYDAY!!! (well, I guess my husband does think I am kinda like a bunny!!!!!) WHO SAID THAT???? Hoping things are turning around with your daughter! I also had a drain. I will tell you that once the drain is gone, you will feel a thousand times better!!

I worked in triage for first few weeks, got sick of it have been in the back but a few of my nurses really look out for me so I have not lifted anyone. I feel good, weight not dropping but clothes getting bigger. We are going to measure tonight so we'll see!! *crosses fingers*

Just got home, 2 days post op. feeling ok - I have a drain which will stay in for another week. Drinking sips of broth, tea, tried jello in the hospital, and small amount of protein shake. Just happy to be home.
