Wishing you God's precious best on your journey! For me all went amazingly well yesterday the 7th. So far so good! The IV went out this morning and have started the ice chips. Am walking the halls easily and will be discharded tomorrow. Headed home. Life is good and getting better.

I am doing very well. My swallow test the day after surgery was great and I am now on full liquids. But they tend to be a bit uncomfortable because I still have lots of gas bubbles. But I am walking and coughing well. I have 2 JP Drains but will get at least one removed on Thursday. I am on my pain meds because they help with the incision sites but they also make me sleepy. I have been walking around the house but I need to walk more. Unfortunately, it is really cold outside! The best news is I am down 15 .5 pounds since Dec 26th. Yay! How are things going for you? Are you in much pain or having any issues besides hunger?

Hi there! Mine went well too! I'm just trying to adjust to my new self. I'm really hungry. I've been doing liquids but feel like I could move on already to a full liquid diet. How do you feel? Are you healing well?
