    I'm still kind of doing purée a little but I've added broiled fish and regular soup in too and just chewing it all like crazy. Funny thing is I loved protein shakes during my liquid pre op diet... Absolutely HATE them now.
    I'm doing pretty good. Didn't really have any issues after the first 2 days. I haven't weighed in several days because I'm travelling and been at a hotel for the last 3 days. I get home on Tues and will weigh then.

    how r u guys doing? I am suffering from heart burn, I am having such a hard time with this not eating hate puree food I have not found a protein shake that is descent.Major I am a picker eater and I am use to my caribean food

I have been stuck at 220 lbs for the past couple of months comments? I am not working out or have the time to cook my meals any more cause I"m working 16 to 18 hrs days. The little time I have is just to catch some sleep. On the one day off I have I eat right and drink close to the amount of water I"m suppose to and I wake up the next day and weigh myself I loose but gain it back during the week.

Not to scare anyone who has had the sleeve yesterday I went to my primary doc. He told me that the surgery may not last a life time that so many of his pts gain the weight back within 3 years he had a pt weighing 160 after the by-pass came back to see him in 2 years weighing 230lbs anyone out here who have had surgery for this long and have u gain it back?
