How are you doing? Hope everything went well and you have a speedy recovery.
I am dong great, now about 2 1/2 months out, and lost a total of about 23 pounds, slow but steady!

Just wanted to say good luck. Give Dr. Jacobs my love! I was in Miami just about 8 days ago for my check up and all went well. You will be so happy. His team is so great, and Jackson is a wonderful facility.

Hi! I have 6 days til my surgury and I'm so excited. This has been a fast and mostly painfree process. This was my New Years resolution. I decided that 2011 was going to be my last fat New Years, Christmas, Birthday, etc. I have 2 kids and need to be healthy for them. I started my Journey on 1/10/12 with my first visit to Dr. Jacobs. I can't tell you enough how great him and his office are. I call Evelyn in his office all the time with "another question" and she is always so sweet and nice to me. I am so glad that I chose him for my surgery. I keep reading all the forums to learn from the post op VSG'ers out there and am so greatful for all your posts, so informative. Looking forward to becoming a part of the "loser group"
