    Just about 6 months post op..... Doing great!!! 20 months ago, I weighed 425 pounds and was wearing size 54 pants and 4XLT shirts. Today, 305 pounds DOWN 120 POUNDS! Wearing size 44 pants and 2XLT shirts! Yep, a different man.

    OK, Things Are About To Get Real!!!!
    In the morning, I start my protein shake diet. While I have been dieting and increasing exercise, been to my Pre-Op visit, this is like I am finally hitting the final stretch to surgery. I'm slightly nervous, but mostly excited and ready to bring it on. I may need some support and encouragement from you guys. 16 Days until my surgery!
