Awesome!! My husband and I were swimming for like 40 min straight exhausting! But my foot hurt real bad walking! The swimming really helped! The weight ive got off so far has helped my foot! Next week we will be on mission in donaldsonville LA and helping with a sports camp so when we get back I hope foot does good and we can get back into a routine! What is a nautilus??
And yes our love life has always been healthy but it is changing and yes its nice! My husband has always made me feel attractive I think the main difference is my confidence is growing again!

Feeling much better.....gas pain has gone away, fever has gone away, shoulder pain had gone away...heading back to work in a few days....ty for your concern

You will not have a BM until maybe a week after surgery. It will be the same consistency as the soft food you are eating. I did not go until a week later. I am also going much less frequently (Maybe once every 3 days or so.) Its because we are eating so much less food.

Please let me know how you are doing. I've been worried about you. The gas pain goes away usually in a week. Walk walk walk.

Im back home now on day 3...I do have a few questions.
When does the incredibly bad gas pain go away. It seems like I can't burp enough. and 2, not to sound too vile, but I haven't had a bowel movement in any way shape or form since before surgery. Is all of this normal? Or should I be worried
