So, Im 5 days post op and im having the hardest time getting water down. It seems right after i drink it, it feels like i have something stuck in it. I have found that Gatorade works better along with broth. My question is when did people stared drinking protein shakes with milk, i gag with the non milk ones. Also, I see some people are already eating cream of wheat. Is that o.k to see if i can handle it? Please help me
