So this Friday will be 4 wk since surgery and I have some questions. First does mostly everyone loose their hair? Second how much protein & water am I suppose to be getting a day? I am struggling with this. I am only peeing twice a day most days so I know I'm lacking with the water. Also I cant stand the chewable vitamins, they make me want to vomit. Any suggestions? Thanks! I have a silly question. Is there some way to keep track of your posts and comments? I made a thread the first day I joined and I just now saw some people had replied. Also if I make a comment how do I find it later to see what voters have commented after me? Sorry, I'm not computer savvy!
