I'm really worried. Before surgery one of my problems was that I take a sleeping pill at night and then I would wake up and eat. Last night I fell asleep on the couch. I got up to go to bed and took a plate of little cheese squares with me. I don't really remember it but the plate was there when I woke up this morning. It sucks because without the sleeping pill I don't sleep. I am 2 and 1/2 months out and this is the first time this has happened since surgery.
