Made my first ARREST! I ran, jumped a wide 6ft deep drainage ditch to do it!

Who would of thought that thanks to getting my sleeve and doing all of the exercising from walking, swimming and going to zumba classes that someone like ME just fourteen weeks post op could catch a theif and make a citizen arrest and actually recite the Miranda rights! Thank God for adrenaline and me working myself as hard as possible to be healthy.

The death of a friendship can't stop crying help

Yes this is embarrassing but I wanted to talk about how much better I feel about myself as i am steadily moving down clothing sizes. I can walk for miles and still not feeling exhausted. I am doing Zumba classes that I love love...I love moving my body to the music working my tail off having fun!
