    A doctor once told me people hit a weight loss plateau coz the body is used to working out with the original body weight (e.g 100 kg). To continue the burn after losing say 20 kg, you have to either carry 20 kg of weights on the body while exercising the same time span as before or double the workouts to burn more.

    If this tip is helpful that is.

    Well... Lost abit of weight since May when I had the sleeve op.
    Ard 20kg, but have hit a stall.... Its really torture to watch ppl eat all the food that I would normally eat.
    Well... Same as urself can't really complain since it hasn't really been that bad and there's some weight loss.
    Gotta buy pants for work soon.

    Where did u get ur op done?
    Mine was at ttsh.

How's progress now? 31/12/2011
2.5 days post-surgery on a glucose drip. Gave a pretty radiograph of a non-leaking new stomach on 30th and started on Milo and fruit juice on 30th night. (They only had such drinks. It is not the healthiest of the lot.) Permitted to leave hospital on the last day of the year weighing at 87.6 kilos (193.1 lbs)

4.4 kilos in 11 days! Miracle for a girl fat since birth!
