    I am doing ok, got down to 199lbs. Was hoping for more but it is a steady down so I will take it. I am down a total of 58 lbs. How bout you?

    Mine is scheduled at 8:30 am...but now I'm not sure I will be able to have it. I have an infection and I'm coughing a lot.
