Thanks tree i really appreciate the feed back im still on the diet im on day 8 its been crazy but i know i have to do it.I know it's gonna get worst because that all liquid that i have o start in 8 more days will kill me but i thank you im gonna buy a few protein drinks and try to find the best one i like...thanks soooooo much

What is a good protein shake and also did you guys have to eat hi protein food no sugar or starch? If so give me some food suggestions pleaseeeeeeee:-)

It's treating me ok, I'm having an interesting time adjusting. I thought I wouldn't have that hungry feeling and I do all the time. I'm going back to the basics of clears for a couple of days. How are you doing?

Hey tree, just wanted to let you know I took your advice and got me some skates. They just came in the mail and I used to love skating. I hope I didn't forget how. I also started lifting weights in addition to my dance class and gym excercise. I'm trying to keep it tight too! Lol

my weight lose has slowed down now..but i am steal losing was at a major stall for a monthe but found a new thing..it is calle the 5 day pouch test google it if you get a stall i lost 4 pounds yesterday from doing this
