- Im thinking its time I change my BIO!! It's been over a year since Ive started this journey and I couldn't ask for anything more. I have been truly blessed over the last year and 1/2.
Im from orginally from Alabama. I have lived in Texas for over 12 years. My family is what makes my life complete. Couldnt ask for any better. I am 6 of 10. With 7 brother and 2 sisters. My sisters are my BFF's. We have our "coffee sisters chat" every Sunday. They truly are my saving grace. I got married almost a year ago. I guess 9 years was long enough. My husband is truly my ROCK. We are raising his 12 yr old grandson, who has been w/ us pretty much our whole relationship. He is such a blessing in our home. I'm thankful everyday for my bleesings and for this tool I have been give to live a much happy and healthier life. I want to encourage those who are just in the beginning stages of this journey to just do it.

Hey my wonderful sleevers~ I'm coming upon my 1 month post sleeve! I'm 31 lbs down. So excited & every time I get on the scale, which I do every 3 days. I'm sooo nervous. I know a stall is coming just don't want it to be soo early! I do have a question though. How long did ya'll have to wait for the belly swelling to go down. The reason for my question is Ipre surgery my work pants were a 24. Well I'm down 31 lbs & they are biiiiiig. But my size 22's fit except in my stomach area. I can

I had my follow up appt w/ my surgeon today. She had put me now on cloudy liquids. Will anyone please give me some examples on this. I would really appreciate ya'cha. I'm having some good success for being 5 days out. Hope all is enjoying this holiday season. I love this time of year. But I would love it more if it was December weather. Love to all
