I've been watching your progress and you're doing great! I forgot about the meetings! when is the next one? I've been at a stall last 2 weeks but I know it will pass. I've lost 75 total, 58 since surgery. I feel so much better. Best decision I ever made.

Hi nice to hear from you! Im doing great. I feel really good, no problems at all. The heartburn went away. Had my 3 month check up yesterday and they are pleased with my progress. Im thrilled that this week I finally got below 2oo pounds. Been a long time since of seen lower numbers! Im starting to get compliments and boy does that feel good! How are you doing?

Im feeling pretty great =) .. Onto pureed food and i can pretty much tolerate anything(I puree it in my mouth hahah) just very little of it of course. Its nice to be able to taste food again after 4 weeks of liquids. Im feeling good.. have my energy back and even losing a few lbs to go w it =). How are u?

Happy Easter! How've you been? I upped my calorie intake last week an it seems to have helped with the wt loss! I also got a measage that I'm low on vitamin D ad need to take a supplement. ah well. Take care!
