doing great thanks for asking. still only doing 2lbs. week and exercising as well but that is all im getting. better than nothing; you know how we are; we want everything to happen overnight.

one of mine is still open too but healing up from inside out. I can eat pretty much any food so far; just a very small amount. I am down 22lbs. and I only weight on Fridays.

I'm doing good. I ripped one of my incisions open changing sheets on the bed but otherwise I feel good. I just started eating a little fish this week, mainly still soft foods. Last time I weighed I was down 26 lbs. I try not to weigh but once a week.
