i feel like shit acid reflux is kicking my azz so bad i cant hold nething down because of it.... its bn like this for like 4 days, soups have bn making me nauseas as hell so basically ive just bn living off water, but now it feels like fire to swollow nething so im not having that either. i hope things get better cuz i cant feeling like this :/ ive lost 30lbs....that feels awesome but right now my attitude is so poor cuz i hate feeling sick, i just wish i could just eat a plate of food, drink as much as i want n not feel like crap rrrrr ....how are you doing??

i dno this liquid stuff jus sucks azz lol i mean its not so bad i jus cant get xcited about broth! I dont really have any pain in my ribs or ne thing, but u kno when u eat something, or take a pill or something n it doesnt quite go down, n u feel like u need a drink to push it all the way down, thats kinda how i feel like all the time , its right nbetween my boobs and when i swollow, not drinking or nething jus swollow it feels that way, n i wonder if thats just bcuz it needs to heal or is that gna b that way forever n thats something u jus get used to.
i havnt had any real hardcore anxiety, but i have had some thots especially yesterday i was looking in the mirror n thinking u will never b the same again. or i was alone last night n i wld b totally sitting there eating watching tv, and now i cant. i passed tacobell n saw one of there ads on the window n thot, that looks so good, n then thot im never gna b able to smash out a value meal again- damn! which is all for the best, but i guess the bottom line is ...the way i comfort myself isnt there nemore so im kinda lost?

how many lbs wld that mean uve lost? i got on the scale this morning n if its right i would b down 8lbs. yeah the drain was weird as hell i was happy to get it out! i cant wait to b fully recovered cuz i wanna sleep on my stomach again!

I ended up going with dr ponce and I too have the freaking 10 days of liquids..........bla........
I had my surgery on the 14 so later this week will be mushy foods. I haven't done any extra protien yet I think today when I have broth I'm going to add some to it. If you can get some unflavored or chicken flavored and add to your broth I didn't even think about that....dang it.

How is your stomach are you having any pain under your ribs at all? I rode in the car for about 5 hrs yesterday and last night my side was really achy.

Have you had any anxiety at all? I woke up 2 day from surgery in a pure panic attack like WTF did i do????

If my aunts scale is right im at 233 already but I think her scale is off I go home on weds and Im not going to weigh til then.

Oh and did you have a drain in?? that f'ing thing hurt like hell.

Hey you! I just got back last night. sorry i didnt get ahold of u before, i ended up staying with dr aceves. I m doing pretty good, a little sore, and tired but other than that good. also most things give me heartburn. Im not sure what ur diet is going to b like for the next few weeks but i have to do clear liquids for 10 days, so im trying to figure out how to get my protein in, i need to get some non flavored so i can put it in broth in stuff i guess. i have vanilla pure protein but i dno wat to put it n thats clear, before surgery i was making smoothies out of it but cant do that now, wat are you doing for protein??? how are you doing???
