Yoga is amazing!

I have started taking yoga classes, and I love them! My favorite is relaxation yoga. I have degenterative disc diease and have very bad back pain because of it. I have had it for ten years, and every day I have pain. With the relaxation yoga I go pain free for about 4 hours after the class! Its amazing, after the class you feel so good, you feel relaxed and taller. Yoga is great for those just starting exercising because you are not jumping around like a crazy person, and if you start off in the

i am now one week out of surgery, and I can't believe how well I feel!I really thought I would be feeling a lot worse. The first four days were not the greatest, but the fifth day I seemed to turn the corner. I am on the pureed stage of the diet, and can't wait to move to soft foods. I have lost twelve pounds in one week, which is amazing!
So far I am very happy with my surgery! Fingers crossed it keeps going smooth! Thanks for all the support!
4 days out of surgery

So I got my sugery on the 19th. I am doing ok. I am sore, and tired. The hardest thing has been being around my 3 year. She doesnt understand why I cant do everything I normally do. I am done with clear liquids and have started full liquid/pureed diet. I am taking it slow and have only had the carnation instant breakfast, and a sugar free popcicle. I am hoping to try some soup later. Any sugesstions? I hate the pain medication they gave me, it tastes horrible! It makes me gag, and I dont know if
