I saw that your nick is raw foodie. I tried that too and while I loved it just like with every diet except when I went ahead and had my withdrawl week (that took 3 months!) with lots of folks holding my hand,; I still kept wanting some carbs other than raw grains. I felt like I needed something to soak up the acid in my stomach. Still a raw diet sounds so appealing and even, dare I say, godly. How will yu manage it w the new stomach?

BTW Welcome if I didn't already say it elssewhere, Joy

- Whey protein is preferred, as it's the easiliest absorbed and has amino acids
- Whey Isolate is the best protein, and has no lactose
