    Hi Lisa -- hope you are flourishing and feeling fit. You must notice the difference weight loss makes to your mobility when you are looking after the kids, picking up toys and so on. Don't need the gym, do you?
    I am waiting until Feb next year for my surgery and in the meantime learning a lot from the people here. It's a very unique journey this one, eh?
