Muscle Over Fat

Hello, I am 115 days post surgery and on a major stall. I've been weighing 230 pounds for almost three weeks. I work out 4-5 days a week. I do cardio and strength training. I am very happy with my weight lost . I have drop 4 pants sizes and two shirt sizes but I haven’t lost a pound in three weeks. Could it be that I am growing muscle so my weight is not dropping. Or maybe I am at my end weight. Any answers please respond

I went to mall this morning just trying to find a sale on jeans since I can't fit any of my old jeans. I tried on some skinny jeans and OMG!!! I could fit them. I needed three sizes smaller. I can't remember last time skinny has been associated with me.
Slow Down

Hello Everyone,
Ok who will gain weight this holiday. If everyone is like me, I dont think so. My sleeve won't allow me to eat all the different foods. I'm just glad that my weight lost slowed down. Just losing so many pounds in a month can't be healthy. I been losing about 2-3 pounds a week. If I can get two bones of some good B-Bque I will be ok. I hope everyone enjoy this joyful holiday.

Happy Holidays to all my Sleevers family out there. I am so excited today I found out I weigh the same weight as my 22 year old son. We both got on the scale and I was a pound lighter. This is the best Christmas gift I could ever receive.
