5 Days out...can't sleep.

I had my surgery Tuesday the 13th, and recovery was rough. I woke up yesterday, however, feeling great, not even taking pain meds!!! I just can't sleep...anyone else experience this? Does it go away?
Also, I'm already down from 281 to 260 since starting pre-op Nov. 30. Yay for that!!!
