    Good Morning, I had no trouble w/the recovery except the usual. Healing tummy and hard drinking, then moving on to different foods. Looking back, that wasn't even that bad. I walked 1-2 miles 3 days after surgery, went back to work in 9 days w/no problem. Tiredness early on was annoying. I will tell you that it was the best thing I ever did for myself. I have a whole different lifestyle, and I'm loving it! Going to a bariatric exercise class this morning, walk 3-4 miles in a quick time, wear a size 8-10, and greatly improved health. I am never sorry, and only regret is not having it sooner Please feel free to ask any questions, and this site is very helpful. Research, and make your decision. Once I did that, I never looked back!
