    I found the yummiest lil treat while I am on the tail end of my liquids after surgery. Day 7- I stopped by yo-cream and got a lil nonfat frozen yogurt. I took two small bites and it was simply divine! It's so nice to be able to stop and satisfy my taste buds for once instead of devouring two whole bowls! I'm lovin this!
