    How have you been doing with your progress? I've had some plateaus followed by nice dips so I can't complain....I love your pics, is it time for an update?

    I have to post a picture I took at 293 when I broke the hundred pound barrier, I just need to scan it in first. Maybe Wednesday I hope.
