Yeah I have a problem getting my liquids in too. I am having a problem getting protein as well. I think I am going to order some things from Baetric Choice. Really didn't want to get into ordering and spending that extra $$ but I guess I have to for a while. My energy levels get low. I eat what I want to just really small amounts. I haven't tried salads either! I am down 28 lbs and wanting MORE faster. I am not very patient. i think you are about 2 wks farther out so I guess I am on track. Starting the gym tomorrow...

Thank you to everyone, I am in San Diego today we are going to go relax at the zoo for the day and be in surgery tomorrow! I will be updating along the way

Thanks for thinking of me! The whole organization is professional yet laid back (it is Mexico). Dr. Almanza and his team of care givers, administrators and drivers are great. I would recommend the Jerusalem Hospital for sure....
