sorry..one of those days....

All I know is I'm 5 months out and not where I thought I'd be with the weight lost, But I myself couldnt/wouldnt control my cravings, I myself couldnt/wouldnt get up and exercice, so " I " am the one to blame! My ticker says I have 40lbs to go, but more like 60 lbs. I think I might change my goal from 220 to 200 lbs. I dont know. All I know is I'm in a size 18 and happy with my figure except my saggy arms and inner thighs. Any advice on those areas?

I got sleeved October 28, 2011. Today is December 27, 2011 almost 2 months out and 36 lbs lighter. I haven't been under 300 lbs in almost 4 years. Its been a struggle between cravings and what other people can have and I can't. My biggest weakness is ice cream and chips. Any advice? So far I have 78 more lbs to lose. Its been a hard struggle to look in the mirror and barely see a difference. Its so frustraiting! Any advice? I really could use some support. I've been really emotional lately. My feelings
