- DO YOU LIKE FREE STUFF, Call me to schedule a Pampered Chef Show today ... Been married for 39 years to Cliff Black, we have 2 sons, Kris is 33 with 2 children Kristopher & Kennedie, and Brian is 30 with 1 son Dylan. We've been in Texas since 1981, can't see living anywhere else, the weather is just about right most all the time. We would love to have visitors from back home, and have plenty of room, but wait till it's a bit warmer when we can get in the pool! I am working at ACS Manufacturing as the HR Manager ... I'm also a Pampered Chef Consultant! I believe that God has a plan for my life, I just have to keep doing the foot work, and He will provide!

Happy Thanksgiving

This is my 2nd Thanksgiving with my sleeve! I am very Thankful that I was blessed with this opportunity to forever change my life. I have many many things to be thankful for because of having had the courage to have this done! Blessings of Thanksgiving to you all!

How about a Clothes Swap ...

I have been trying on clothes and cleaning out my closets today! OMG ... I have so dang many clothes that are too big! WHOO HOO, WHOOPEE!!
I will give them to Goodwill, however, I'm thinking we ALL have clothes of various sizes, what about starting a CLOTHES SWAP? This would be perfect for those folks that live close to each other!

A year ago today, my life was changed for the better ... 75 pounds are gone, No more BP medicine ... BP it is now normal, No more achey knees ... 225 lbs of pressure is gone!
Am I at my goal weight ... NO, but it was never about the weight anyway, I was about getting healthy! Today my food choices is better, I exercise more (still not enough, but considering I didn't do any before...) and I am overall healither!
I've had some awesome support from family and friends!
On Vacation ...

Happy Independance Day! I am FREEER in so many ways this year! I could list them all but ... I won't. If you have been sleeved, you know what some of them are, and if you live in America, you know those, and if you are a Christian you know the rest!
We'll be leaving on vacation to the beach this morning ... and I have to say I am a bit nervous about the eating out for 5 days, BUT ... I have a plan, which is something that I've never thought about before going on vacation! I drink
