Hi Everyone!
I can't believe I was in surgery last week at this time! The week went by so fast and I feel really good! I am still in the phase that I am focusing on healing and doing and eating what my doctor told me to....... I still can't believe that weight loss is going to come out of it...... I am amazed that I have no pain in my incision sights- the worst pain came from the headache I got day 3 and day 4 after surgery from the anestesia....... Happy to be on this side and looking

3 Days out and Rumbling and Grumbling

I had my sleeve done Monday. The surgeon said everything went very well. I am not in pain- just tightness. I have had some diarehhea and a horrible headach... Hows that happened to anyone??? I have had some sips of water and tea- I am going to try some broth now..... I need to calm down- I never did anything like this before and afraid something is going to go wrong.... I have to stop the negative thinking and just be postive. Please tell me the hard part is over and it is going to get easier.....
