Loose skin

I'm 6 weeks out from my surgery and I am noticing my bat wings forming and my stomach skin getting flabby. Does anybody have any helpful hints to help fix this without surgery. Its really starting to bother me. I am lifting weights at the gym for my arms. Somebody told me to take fish oil pills to help. Anybody have any other advice?????
