Buttons, every day I weigh myself I keep thinking it's going to start going the opposite direction like it always has before. I too worry about stretching the tummy out, I think everyone does. We've failed so many times that it's a little broken record playing in our heads. You're normal! Keep up the good work!

Hi Everyone, im new to this site, 45 days post op. Im proud to say im proud to say im down 30 from my surgery day but am so scared that this is it, that i wont lose anymore. Is this norma? Now that it is a bit easier to take more fluids easily and eat a bit more, about 1/3 to 1/2 cup protein three times a day, im so worried that my stomach is going to stretch back to what it use to be, is this normal to worry or feel this way????
