Another Sydney girl. I am off to St George Private on Wednesday.
I can't believe you are the same person from your photo, you are looking lovely. After reading your history, you are are probably keen to get out and about exercising.
How was St George, did they get you up straight away to get moving. I hear that is the best for the dreaded gas pain everyone talks about.
I hope I am doing as well as you with the weight loss.
Mind you I am over Optifast all day, but have cheated slightly by having the odd small piece of steak. Had some veggies along the way but over them to.

I wish you well and a speedy recovery, good luck and happy travels, embrace your new journey and have patience, it took a long time to gain the weight it will not happen over night but it will happen lol, in no time at all your going to feel so much better about yourself and life in general.....
