Happy to hear that I am not the only one. Have a goal to be 165 by May 13th. My step son is graduating from college and meeting my husband's ex wife for the first time. Of course she is one of those anorexic types that obsesses on weight so a bit nervous. It is what it is and well my husband wasn't happy with her shallow outlook on material things and vanity so I guess I win either way! . Are you guys exercising?

Doing well! Just finished a 10 day stall so definitely happy. Craving carbs lately but getting through it. How are you? Everything going well with the new you?

You are so welcome....I am happy to share my experience thru all of this, especially if it encourages others on the hard to get thru days, or the days where you say "what have done", I never really thought about the whole head thing, but you are right, and thats a crazy thought LOL!!!!

Thank you Hang in there....I noticed inches always came 1st. Dont ever get discouraged, I know its easy to have that discouragement, but just keep moving forward. Its a great feeling when you see pictures huh? It blows my mind when I look at mine and think OMG who was that girl

Congrats on Surgery!! Hope you are feeling well!! I am on to puree foods and continuing to do well. I am now down 48 pounds (23 since surgery, which was 15 days ago). Glad to hear that you were up walking around early and that it helped. Honestly, I attribute my speedy recovery to getting up and walking early and often. Hope your recovery is quick one! Keep me posted on how things are going!

Hello. I am a single parent who has been overweight since childhood. I am tired of being tired, feeling bad about myself and being treated different. I would like to be around for my son & be able to do more with him. I have tried every diet out there only to sometimes lose weight then gain it all back plus some. I have just recently been exploring the VSG surgery. To me i want to be healthy, but i am wondering what the future complications (if any) are of removing 80-85% of your stomach? That is my story. Hope all is well.

How are you feeling? I also had my sleeve in Dec. right before Christmas last year. I remember sipping broth while everyone else feasted. It was okay though...and ALL worth it in the end. Take it easy and get plenty of rest. I was very weak the first 2 weeks. Best of luck to you.

Hope all is good! Great experience with Dr Kelly and Trish when I was sleeved on the 12th. The hotel was real nice. Got driven thru the border flew back to FL the next day and have been doing fine. Hardly any pain after.
