I am just nervous & excited, I finished my psych, and have to do Nutrition. I have a date to meet with my Dr., Jan 19.....wow, this seems to be happening sooo fast!!!

Hi Rachel, To make you feel better I am at 25 lbs. I too see others loosing faster but you know. Damn 25 lbs in a little over 1 month is fantastic. I started eating a little more normal this week and my weight loss was also only 1.4 lbs. but I feel that is still good. I am bound to slow down and figure it has to do with eating fish, shrimp and chicken. I feel great though and have went down 1 size YEH!! I didn't take measurements like a dummy but know I have lost some inches too. We are doing AWESOME girl! I am so happy for you so quit being bummed you have no reason to be. Dang 24 lbs in 4-5 weeks is awesome!! See ya Karen

Thank you! I'm feeling great, but as the day goes on I get a little gassy. I guess that's just how it goes, right? That's what the strips are for and the MoM. Man that stuff is good! How are you all doing?
