Yes I'm trying my best. I feel I'm a slow looser however I was diagnose anemic and w pneumonia a few days ago so can't work out as much. I think I'm a slow looser bc I was not eating nor workin out. Thanks for the advice.

I am doing great, thank you! I feel really good just get tired by about 4 pm...wiped out tired! I have been out of town and have not weighed while I was away, but just checked and I have lost 26 lbs...whew! Tomorrow makes 3 weeks for us and our surgery! Are you doing okay and are you having any problems? I would love to keep in touch with you as we go through this interesting journey...

What have you found as for a protein shake that you like alot?

feeling much better still noy getting all my protein in starting to get worried... any ideas of what i can do these shakes r making me gag!

I had surgery with Dr Kuhn 2 days ago at Medical City. Isnt he awesome. I'm very sore right now, but honestly thats about all I feel is soreness and gas pains.

Dr. Kuhn did our surgeries on the same day! Were you at Baylor? I hope you are feeling as good as I am and each day brings even more improvement! Good luck to you!!!
