Protein amount

I am at 2 weeks post op and my doctors office only recommends 20 g of protein at this point. I wanted to see what others have been told? I am really afraid of hair loss..ugh!

How soon did everyone start taking Biotin, and does it help? I really don't want to lose any hair! I have started my chewable Centrum muli-vitamin even though my papers say start vitamins at 4 weeks. Want to do anything to prevent this..please help?!

I'm 12 days post op and still feeling lightheaded?? Anyone else experience this? I am only on full liquids so far. Is there anything that will make this better? Please help!

I have been so emotional off an on for about a week now. Is this normal?? I know some of it is just missing my old life and now I have to deal with my food demons and head games I play with myself..lol I mean it seriously has made me feel like I made a bad choice even though I know this is what I had to do to be healthy. I guess I'm feeling nervous about what the future holds, of course I will love the weight loss but what about dinners out etc. IDK what's going on with me? Can anyone who
6 days Post Op and soo tired of only liquids

I am 6 days post op today and I have done really well. I have no pain anymore just feeling a little dizzy. I'm trying to get all of my liquids in too and I have done pretty well with it. The information I have says only clear liquids for the 1st 3 weeks but the 10th day I can add in strained cream soups and a few other things until the 4th week when i can start pureed. I would really like to add the cream soup now. I'm not hungry and I'm sure it's head hunger but I just want something other
