Sorry to hear you're frustrated with your progress, I can understand why, but celebrate the progress you did make...The 5 day Pouch Test is the thing you are referring to, and a LOT of people are reporting success with it.

Surgical Weight Loss 5 Day Pouch Test

I did pretty well for a while, but got too far off the healthy eating and gained 5-10 pounds from my very lowest weight as of this past weekend... actually hadn't been on a scale in over a month (eeek!). Watching American Football and drinking alcohol on Thursdays, Sundays, and Monday nights for the games was NOT a good idea and I paid dearly for it.

Honestly I needed the wake up call, life has just been kicking my butt for a couple of months now, but I'm loving (almost) every minute of it...

Once I get a big work project done and make a big payment to my divorce attorney, I too will be trying the pouch test...

Theres no post sleeve reset shake diet who ever told you so It's pulling your leg, chronologically speaking you had the band done and had a bad experience with it then you had the sleeve done but chances are they didn't remove enough scar tissue and left a large portion of the upper part of the stomach (fundus) in place, remember I'm guessing here but I have a lot of experience and I can almost assure you that thats what happened.
