Hello lady! Things are going well. I feel great. I'm probably not losing as fast as I could if I would exercise more. But I have RA and it makes it hard for me to exercise. I need to join a water aerobics class but I haven't found one that is offered in the evenings. I have a treadmill but I'm so tired when I get home from work all I want to do is sit and rest. My husband and I are talking about joining Lifetime Fitness though and they offer a lot of things that would help me. I'm very pleased with my success though. I hope things are going well for you. I don't mind at all. The pain meds caused me to be constipated and I ended up with an impacted bowel. After that finally cleared up I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. It was very painful BUT not nearly as painful as the pain of being overweight. Aside from that I've had no problems at all. Thanks for the prayers. I pray eveything goes well. I would love to keep in touchto have a weight loss budy. It is funny but I have friends that have had RNY done and I find it hard for them to relate on the procedure level. They are very supportive of WLS but their journey is a little different. If you don't mind me asking what kind of complications? CurrentlyI am in a 20w and the smallest I have been in my adult life is a 12. I went in my closet and pulled out my crate with my size 12 jeans in hopes of getting in them one day. I am nervous and excited!

Well my doctor appointment today showed that the incision in infected. He cut it open scraped it out the put in a blue plastic like piece to keep it open. Don't know when I can go back to work Hope you had a great day!!
