I haven't been on here in forever. Just wanted to say I've lost 110 lbs, and I'm pretty confortable with myself now. I'm so glad this site exists, it helped me so much when I first got my surgery. If I ever thought something was wrong, I could easily just look it up on here and realize it was perfectly normal. Thanks to anyone who helped me out, and gave me advice. I probably won't be getting on here anymore, so I hope everyone does well with their weight loss!

I've lost 90 lbs, but I still need to lose another 40 or 50. Kinda disappointing, cause in about 20 days it'll be a year since my surgery. I can't hardly tell a difference in my body. It's my fault I'm sure, I didn't follow any rules. At all. I don't take my vitamins, or drink protein. All the bad stuff I shouldn't do.

I have my 6 month appointment in 10 days...and I feel like I'm behind. I haven't lost much weight the past 3 months. I think I've lost about 75 pounds overall...is that pretty normal for 6 months? I don't want my Dr. to be angry with me or anything. :/ I think I only lost 15 pounds in the 3 months I didn't see him.

I'm just starting my 4th month...everything's going good for me. My hair is coming out though, almost handfuls. It's pretty scary. I know I'm not getting enough protein, and I'm working on it..but I was wondering if it will slow down in time..like after this month..or will it just go on for months..?

I've been reading a lot on here, and I think it's crazy how much some people pay out of pocket for the surgery. I only paid around $200 for mine...right here in Texas, insurance covered it all.. and I keep seeing it really costs like $4,000?
