HAvent Updated in awhile.. down 105 lbs now since March 9th. 2012.

Has anyone used Dr. Morgenthal at Baptist Medical Center in JAcksonville, FL? Friend of mine is in consultation with Him and am looking for some feedback. Thanks Much!

Almost a month out now (as of 04.07.12). Still no real appetite, I've been taking the GNC Max Mens suppliment powder that I drink mixed with water, a smoothie with protein mixed in and lots of water, I'm down 31 lbs as of last thursday and 4 pants sizes, so, so far so good. I will say in talking to other sleevers that the exercise can be a pain, I say do your best, find time and do it.

2 weeks out and everything is going well, with the 2 week pre surgical diet and 13 days since my surgery, Iam down 25lbs, which seems like alot tho the Dr. say's not that unusual. Walking 3 miles everyday and doing exactly what they tell me to do. No cravings or real hunger,not to interested in food right now. Still going to overeaters anonomus as I'm sure issues will arise. Still on full liquids. I drink a protein shake in the morning then a couple of yogurts and lots of water.
