Well Iam officially at camp for 21 days. My first day back to work new job. I was a little nervous still am. Today will be an easy orientation day, sitting and paperwork. Tomorrow ill be working in the camp kitchen, serving food, restocking, and cleaning. They are very short staffed which is making me nervous. I've been exhausted but if I keep on top of my protein and liquids hopefully I will adjust.

Well Today is one month out of surgery. I still have two incisions that are scabbed over. They are the ones that my breast kept moist or my bra touches so I kept them covered longer but they are the two that did spilt open after my stitches were removed. One day past my 3 weeks post op.
The 1st week I was so energetic up and about that has all gone. Im not sure it it was all the vitamins in the IV from surgery but my first week out of surgery was great.

I have a lot of things on my plate to prepare for. Iam exhausted! I wasn't getting my protein in, or enough fluids.
I have worked out the protein issue, I found a protein powder I like. Using 1 cup of skim milk and 1/3 cup off greek yogurt in my shake adds 17g of protein
