Having a hard time setting to the 1000 calories a day. I am definitely loving my eggs for breakfast. The move unit the full foods has been difficult. Most important part is bite size and slowing down. I fight the slow eating process everyday. As far as hunger and cravings foe, they have not really been an issue.
