  1. question for all my sleevers. Since surgery on March 21 2012 Ive noticed a weight lost pattern. Since having my surgery I have noticed that my biggest weight lost weeks are always during the week of the 25th of each month and the following week. the remaining weeks i might lose 1-3 lbs then once the week of the 25th comes along its like BOOM i like drop weight over night...whats up with that? anyone else noticing that? is it that my body needs time to regulate and adjust? **weird**
  2. Yes the weight is starting to come off a little faster. i think it had a lot to do with my water intake. once i increased my water good things started to happen! thank you for checking up on me!

hey, did the weight come off since the stall? i see u got 20 lbs lost already
  4. Greetings... I saw you on a few post.. it's prob to soon for you to try eating but if you can tolerate it just be careful...if you start feeling sick or vomting try egg drop soup (restaurant or make it yourself) it will help.. also if you are working out already try instead of water while at the gym try pre-made protein drink (Isopure or Protein Blitz are some I tried) they have 30-40grams of protein.. these to me are like drinking gatorade without the sugar & carbs... but I can't have it as my 1st of the day.. so before going to gym I drink a Ensure High Protein drink (25grams protein) .. then this other one replinish my energy & give me my protiein hope it helps

So its been 18 weeks! So much has changed. My body is transforming right before my eyes.
