Wow!

I feel awesome today.

So, I got on the scale this morning and I am down 101.8lbs. My surgery was 4/16/13, so I am just shy of 5 months. So crazy, 101.8lbs in 5 months. It's a miracle, it really is. I am so happy & thankful to be where I am at right now. It's hard to believe. I try to keep my caloric intake daily right at 1200. Some days I do have a little more, maybe in the 1250-1500 range. But, never over 1500. I am doing really well and can't wait

I am 8 weeks out and down 62lbs! Wow!

I am going to join the gym later this week after I get back home from my roadtrip.

My goal is to be over 100lbs lost by November.
