I have the weight loss one, but it gets sent automatically and I wanted one fot countdown days till Op.After I cut the address, where do I go then.Like where do I put it.hahaha sorry, I think my sugar is low on this pre-op diet. hahaha.

Thanks for sharing your journey!. I see from your weight loss goal you and I are the same size, and weight, I am Headed for surgery next month, just waiting for Insurance approval. I look forward to sharing my journey with you and the others as well. great going, and thank you so much for sharing the FIT DAY website. I went to the nutritionist last week and she said " I want you to go to this website" I gave her my printed off info and she was so happy. I just love tracking my progress that way too.
