Don't WEIGH yourself!!

I see alot of people on the posts getting upset or anxious over the stalls or how they are progressing. Have faith that the surgery works- otherwise you wouldn't of went through it. Set a realistic goal and weigh monthly, or every 90 days. You will be fine!!
