    Hi Rosey, Guess we are both getting sleeved on monday in Oz. How are you going? I have to admit i am freaking out a bit. Mostly worried about long term ramifications and energy levels in the short term. Seems there is no short answer on either of these things, so I'm just gonna wing it and hope for the best. Good luck on Monday. Here's to a speedy and pain free recovery, followed by buckets of weight loss
