I didn't start struggling with more than 15 vanity pounds until I was 27, but the constant yo-yo with dieting and exercise, exacerbated by depression, has put me at 250lbs by age 48. So...here I am, ready to stop the insanity - as in, "doing the same thing and expecting different results".
