    I am five ft tall and I weighted 213 when I stated to try to lose weight. when I was getting ready for the surgery I weighted 193. Now down to 163. I am proud of you all and myself for doing such a great job at
    keeping to the proper diet...I saw people who had to do surgery over and that was sad...I just pray I am not that person in the future.
